Finally... the group photo of the mermaids heading up to Queensland for Hope Softies. Packed in like sardines, and looking very colourful all together. For those that are curious, the pattern is from Wee Wonderfuls: 24 Dolls to Sew and Love. I did change the instructions slightly to accommodate sewing with felt, and that in turn cut down my sewing time quiet significantly- a big bonus when sewing in bulk. Goodbye lovely Mermaidens, I do hope you all find wonderful homes!

They are so beautiful and you just know that they are going to be adored and greatly cherished. I hope one of the recipients tracks you down in 50 years to say thanks!
I love these. I think I may just have to order the book and try them out too!! So sweet. Do they offer any cute designs for little boys? (I have 2 boys, no girls. My 5 year old might look at me crazy if I made him a mermaid...lol)
So precious. It's so sweet to share these beauties.
Thanks ladies! Stephanie, at a glance there are about 6 suitable designs for boys. And you can always use the other patterns to sew gifts for little girls!
They are adorable! Such a generous thing for you to do.
LOVE!!!!!!
Wow you have been busy. They are all so very sweet and hope they love their new homes.
Unfortunately I don't know how to sew, but I would love these. Have you thought about selling these on Etsy?
are these for sale somewhere?
